as we navigate the socal soccer league we will face a few challenges as far as team placement(flight 1,2,3 or even 4th ), scheduling, rosters, player registrations, everything we do will be through Gotsport.com as some of aware of this system and some may not be.
being part of socal soccer league give us the opportunity to play games more locally and lessens the travel time for 90% of the teams for away games , as well as it gives us the opportunity to compete against clubs like msa, surf , and many others in league matches and not just tournaments. it also gives high level teams to play in other league such as NPL and DPL. and for the most part it allows our player to compete against these so called big clubs .
socal rules and penalties are more strict than CSL i will had out a the rules to all team managers so you could all inform the teams you manage about these rules. remember failure to follow these rules will result in the expulsion from the player from the club and if it insist the team will be dropped from the club.
May 1st 2025. We have been working hard to keep our prices low, and affordable but due to rising cost to run and participate in Coast Soccer League(CSL), we saw it as an opportunity to try to move to a more competitive league with that decision it gives us no other choice but to raise the club program fee as well as the registration fee.
May 1st 2025. We have been working hard to keep our prices low, and affordable but due to rising cost to run and participate in Coast Soccer League(CSL), we saw it as an opportunity to try to move to a more competitive league with that decision it gives us no other choice but to raise the club program fee as well as the registration fee. we have to do this in order for us to be operational and successful. As an organization we have to make some tough business decisions keeping in mind our parents as well as our players. with the rise in cost to participate in CSL we have decided to apply to the SoCal Soccer League, where we would not only benefit more from as far as competition but also cutting our our travel distances for away games. we feel this would create the best experiences and opportunities in providing a pathway for all players to achieve a meaningful soccer experience both nationally and regionally. The participation in SoCal will give us an opportunity to play in league's such as but not limited to "NPL", "DPL", Elite Academy... again the participation of this league will come with a financial cost to all members. These decisions were made after careful consideration and analysis to ensure our long-term success as a club.
the new price increase will be as follows:
-Registration will increase from its original $157.00 to $225.00
- Our membership fee will increase from the original $605.00 to $825.00.
Monthly payment contract will still be available due every month on the 15th.

as we continue to expand we want to continue what we are doing here in Hemet to the temecula valley , by giving those players the opportunities to play competitive who once did not have these opportunities with the same mentality of "development first" . as right now as you all know we have two teams in temecula 2011 boys under coaches ben, chris and albert who had a fantastic first season in csl , and our new and developing 2012 boys under coach brian , but we do have some interest from 2013 boys and 2010 boys temas from temecula as well as other teams . which speaks volumes about what the 2011 boys are doing out that way. with the temecula valley it gives us a home away from home and vise versa , doing inter club scrimigase allows us to be more competitive on the field . Ben is our Temecula valley director and with the help of chris they have been crucial on our expansion out that way with fields for home games and tanning, coaches recruitment and player development. with the socal soccer league opportunity it will definitely open up more opportunities for the teams and our temecula valley operations allowing us to help these players with even more opportunities. and with that i want to say a huge thank you to our temecula chapter as a whole to all coaches parents and players.
as we get bigger and more competitive its only fair to compensate those who have help us get there who have put in the work week in and week out. that being said starting in May every coach will be compensated $250.00 every month, we will also give you all a w-9 with this. as we are a non profit and have to provide where all our proceeds

this year we will have a mandatory 1st time orders will be required to purchase the complete kit before checking out you will not be allowed to just order a shirt and that's it , but once the 1st order is done you could go back and just order one item regardless of what that item is, there will also be optional long-sleeved to order if your players chose the long sleave fit better.
we will also have a mandatory practice jersey for all players to wear during club practices or trainings. we want you all to strictly enforce the practice jersey at all of your trainings , we aim to instill a sense of club pride as well as a great form of advertisement for the club.
we will also have a section for fan gear through the soccer.com website for parents and fans to order year round .
as for coaches they will be given a allowance to choose from different option for coaching uniforms from.
at Socal soccer league they do not allow players to play with out the same matching uniform. so its imperetive that all your players are wearing the correct uniform at games .
storewill open april 1st 2025. i advise you let all your parents know about this as it will be mandatory for them to have by may.

i started this club a little over 5 years ago with two teams now we sit at 15 team. not only that we where accepted to be a affiliate of calsouth before our second season , to now we where just accepted to be affiliates of US Club Soccer. as well as being a founding member or southwest super league . as we continue to grow i want to give better opportunities to our player and our future players , opportunities who would not have them in the past, giving them a place to grow and develop all while instilling the love for the game . while it was not easy i maintain that we re not done yet i still want for our club/teams to be accepted to a more competitive leagues such as elite64, elite academy, ecnl or girls academy to allow them to showcase their skills and talents and show others FC Premier Elite has to bring.

Dear FC Premier Elite Soccer Families,
On behalf of our entire organization, I would like to take a moment to express our sincere gratitude for the unwavering support and dedication our families have shown over the years. Your commitment has been vital in allowing us to retain and build our talented players and coaching staff, ensuring that we continue to provide the highest level of soccer development for our players. We are truly fortunate to have such supportive and engaged parents in our club.
When FC Premier Elite first affiliated with Cal South & CSL, we did so with a shared vision of being part of a well-organized and well-run organization. This partnership was the beginning of what has since grown into Hemet’s premier soccer club.
Over the years, we have experienced significant growth and achievement, from expanding to nearby city's like Temecula, to competing in and winning top-level divisions, to claiming prestigious tournament titles. While these accomplishments have been exciting, we are not resting on our laurels. We remain committed to further improvement and advancement.
Our recent affiliation with U.S. Club Soccer has opened up new opportunities for player development and expanded pathways for growth across our entire club. This partnership has enabled us to enhance our leadership team, adding new members to our Board of Directors who will help guide our coaching staff and explore additional options for the future of FC Premier Elite.
It is with great pride that we announce our acceptance into the SoCal Soccer League. This marks an exciting new chapter for our club. After four years of rapid growth and development, FC Premier Elite is poised to provide unparalleled opportunities for our players. Being part of the SoCal Soccer League will open doors for enhanced competition, skill development, and exposure, ensuring that our players now have access to the same level of opportunities that typically required extensive travel.
Looking ahead, I am confident that FC Premier Elite will continue to evolve and thrive. We are dedicated to developing high-caliber players and creating more opportunities for them to compete, learn, and grow—all right here in our own community. No longer will our players need to travel long distances to find these opportunities. We are bringing them to the valley!
Finally, I would like to extend my deepest appreciation to Cal South and CSL for their partnership over the years. Our affiliation with Cal South has been incredibly positive and productive. Their support, guidance, and collaboration have been integral to our success, and we are proud of what we have accomplished together. While we are moving forward with our new affiliation, Cal South will always be a part of our history, and we will forever be grateful for their role in our growth.
Thank you once again for your continued support and belief in FC Premier Elite. Together, we look forward to reaching even greater heights in the years to come.
Sincerely,
Oscar Ruvalcaba
President / Executive Director, FC Premier Elite
